   There are many YOUNG BLACK MEN, who have "THE TALK" about "DRIVING WHILE BLACK". It is a discussion about being stopped by the WHITE police,how you should conduct yourself as a BLACK MAN when you encounter a WHITE COP during a traffic stop, that can lead to ARREST, ASSAULT, and even DEATH.
